This Financial Policy explains patient financial responsibilities, consultation fees, payment obligations, Spa Pass billing, refunds, and accepted payment practices for services provided by Ignite Medical Group.
2. Payment Responsibility
Patients are responsible for payment of all applicable consultation fees, medical services, aesthetic services, retail products, and other charges at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been approved.
3. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are due as disclosed before or at the time of service. Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.
4. Spa Pass Programs
Ignite Medical Group offers recurring Spa Pass programs. Enrollment authorizes recurring billing according to the selected Spa Pass. Benefits, freezes, renewals, cancellations, and eligibility are governed by the Spa Pass Terms & Conditions.
5. Payment Methods
We accept approved payment methods displayed at the time of purchase. Patients are responsible for maintaining valid payment information for recurring Spa Pass billing.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, services or Spa Pass benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. Ignite Medical Group may contact patients to update payment information.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Spa Pass fees, promotional pricing, and earned benefits are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
8. Prescription Medications
Prescription medications, including compounded medications, are subject to applicable pharmacy laws and generally cannot be returned or refunded after dispensing except where required by law or due to a verified dispensing error.
