Commitment to Qualified Care

All providers are selected based on education, licensure, training, experience, competency, and professional qualifications. Credentialing is completed before patient care begins and is periodically revalidated.

Clinical Team

Our care team may include Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Medical Assistants, and other licensed or authorized healthcare professionals.

Medical Director

A licensed physician serves as Medical Director, providing clinical leadership, oversight of medical policies, quality improvement, and supervision where required by law.

Scope of Practice

Each provider performs only those services permitted by applicable law, professional licensure, organizational policy, education, and demonstrated competency.

Licensure Verification

Ignite Medical Group verifies active professional licenses and, where applicable, board certifications before hire and at regular intervals thereafter. Patients may verify licensure through the appropriate state licensing board.

Continuing Education & Competency

Telehealth Providers

Telehealth services are delivered only by providers licensed or otherwise authorized to practice in the state where the patient is located at the time of the encounter.

Patient Communication

Patients may request information regarding the qualifications and role of the provider participating in their care.

Quality & Regulatory Compliance

Ignite Medical Group maintains credentialing records, quality assurance activities, and regulatory compliance processes designed to support safe patient care and applicable requirements in California, Arizona, and Texas.
