All providers are selected based on education, licensure, training, experience, competency, and professional qualifications. Credentialing is completed before patient care begins and is periodically revalidated.
Clinical Team
Our care team may include Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Medical Assistants, and other licensed or authorized healthcare professionals.
Medical Director
A licensed physician serves as Medical Director, providing clinical leadership, oversight of medical policies, quality improvement, and supervision where required by law.
Scope of Practice
Each provider performs only those services permitted by applicable law, professional licensure, organizational policy, education, and demonstrated competency.
Licensure Verification
