REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Purpose

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains Ignite Medical Group's policies regarding appointment cancellations, consultation fees, Spa Passes, eligible refunds, and product returns. This policy applies to services provided in California, Arizona, and Texas, except where state law requires otherwise.

2. Appointment Cancellations

Patients should provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to applicable fees disclosed at the time of scheduling.

3. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are earned when the consultation service is provided and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing.

4. Spa Passes

Spa Pass fees and associated promotional benefits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Spa Pass cancellations, renewals, billing, freezes, and program benefits are governed by the Spa Pass Terms & Conditions.

5. Prescription Medications

Prescription medications, including compounded medications, generally cannot be returned or refunded after dispensing except where required by law or due to a verified pharmacy dispensing error.

6. Retail Products

Eligible unopened retail products may be considered for exchange or refund in accordance with applicable law and Ignite Medical Group policies. Opened or used products may not be eligible unless required by law.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever practicable. Processing times depend on the financial institution or payment processor.
