These Terms & Conditions govern all Ignite Medical Group Spa Pass programs and describe enrollment, recurring billing, benefits, cancellations, and participant responsibilities.
2. Eligibility
Spa Passes are available to individuals who satisfy applicable age, medical, and program eligibility requirements.
3. Enrollment
Enrollment becomes effective after acceptance by Ignite Medical Group and successful processing of the required payment.
4. Spa Pass Benefits
Benefits vary by Spa Pass and may include monthly service credits, preferred pricing, retail discounts, promotional offers, and scheduling priority. Benefits are limited to those specifically included in the selected Spa Pass.
5. Billing & Auto-Renewal
Spa Passes automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms. Enrollment authorizes recurring charges to the payment method on file.
6. Payment Authorization
You authorize Ignite Medical Group to charge your approved payment method for recurring Spa Pass fees and any additional authorized purchases.
7. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must comply with the applicable Spa Pass program requirements. Benefits earned before cancellation remain subject to expiration dates and program rules.
8. Spa Pass Freeze
At Ignite Medical Group's discretion, eligible Spa Passes may be temporarily frozen for qualifying circumstances in accordance with program guidelines.
9. Transfers
Spa Passes are personal, non-transferable, and may not be assigned unless expressly approved in writing by Ignite Medical Group.
10. Expiration of Benefits
Unused credits, promotional services, and other Spa Pass benefits expire as stated in the applicable Spa Pass description unless otherwise required by law.
11. Promotional Offers
Promotional pricing, referral incentives, introductory offers, and limited-time promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
12. Medical Eligibility
Participation in a Spa Pass does not guarantee eligibility for medical services or prescriptions. All treatments remain subject to evaluation by an appropriately licensed healthcare provider.
13. Program Changes
Ignite Medical Group may modify Spa Pass pricing, benefits, billing schedules, or program terms upon reasonable notice and as permitted by applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignite Medical Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in a Spa Pass program.
