Telehealth services are available only where Ignite Medical Group providers are licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice. Current service areas include California, Arizona, and Texas, subject to provider availability and applicable law.
3. Patient Eligibility
Patients must provide accurate identifying information, complete required medical questionnaires, and satisfy clinical eligibility requirements before receiving telehealth services.
4. Telehealth Services
Telehealth consultations are conducted using secure electronic communications when clinically appropriate. Telehealth may not be suitable for every medical condition.
5. Provider Licensure
Protected Health Information is All evaluations and prescribing decisions are performed by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals acting within their legal scope of practice.used and disclosed only as permitted by HIPAA and applicable federal and state law. Administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are maintained to protect electronic PHI.
6. Medical Evaluation
Treatment recommendations may require a medical history, medication review, allergy information, laboratory results when indicated, and a clinical assessment.
7. Prescription Policy
Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate following an individualized clinical evaluation. A consultation does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed, refilled, or continued.

Providers may require follow-up appointments before authorizing medication refills, dosage changes, or continuation of therapy.
13. Patient Responsibilities
Patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, following treatment plans, reporting significant health changes, and seeking emergency care when appropriate.
14. Provider Responsibilities
Providers exercise independent medical judgment and may decline to prescribe or continue treatment if not medically appropriate.
15. Medical Records
Telehealth encounters become part of the patient's permanent medical record and are maintained within the PatientNow electronic medical record system in accordance with applicable record retention requirements.
16. Emergency Care
Telehealth services are not intended for emergency medical conditions. Patients experiencing a medical emergency should call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.
17. Privacy & Security
Telehealth services are provided using commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect patient privacy and security in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state laws.
18. Payment & Fees
Consultation fees, Spa Pass benefits, prescription costs, laboratory fees, and pharmacy charges are governed by the Financial Policy and applicable program terms. Fees may be non-refundable as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
